How we share data
Your data is shared only with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Registrar & Transfer Agents (CAMS/KFintech), KYC Registration Agencies, duly registered product providers you choose to engage through us, qualified professionals you ask us to coordinate with, statutory and regulatory bodies, and trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations. We never sell your personal data.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls and secure storage, to protect your information from unauthorised access or misuse. Masego never asks for your passwords or OTPs.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your relationship with us continues, and for the period required under statutory record-keeping rules (typically eight years after a transaction).
